My SCD. Thats short for slow carb diet.

I've been on the slow carb diet ever since I read Tim Ferriss' (is that even how you pluralize his name) 4 Hour Body book on January 3rd.  After 6 weeks I've managed to drop 15.6 pounds and today decided to start writing about the diet, my progress and thoughts.
