Tips

  1. Within your first or second week - create a "baseline" diet for the week.  You will use this to tweak here and there and experiment with how certain things affect you.  For example, if you started adding 25g of Whey into your breakfast.
  2. Track what you eat and your measurements.  A lot of times you'll only lose 1 lb but 3 inches of fat.
  3. Don't drink anything but water.  I can't even follow this one however after cutting out Crystal Light out of my diet for a week I lost an extra pound.  I was seriously downing this stuff thinking it was okay because Tim said low cal stuff is fine.
  4. Buy premade food.  I hit up Trader Joe's and buy a few marinated and grilled chicken breasts for the week.  This way you can't use the excuse, "I didn't have time to prepare lunches for work."
  5. Don't measure your weight each day. 
  6. Don't worry if you're not losing weight fast enough. Diets are meant to be fun.  They take TIME.
  7. This diet should really inspire you to change your eatting habits permanently.
  8. Drink tons of water.  Carry around a liter container, down it, fill it up, repeat all day.
  9. Unflavored whey tastes like chalk.  Sprinkle some cinnamon in there.
